Retail Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

  • For online orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.                    
  • Items can be exchanged for another of equal or greater value (with the difference paid by the customer).

  • All exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. We’ll cover all return shipping costs in this case.
